(Tax Free) Housing Suggestion

This is a suggestion regarding Tax Free Housing.

I think it would be a good idea to allow someone that has pledged at the Citizen level or above to also purchase a town or city lot at the current add-on store prices, and combine the two purchases to make the add-on store lot tax free. This would give the player only one lot, but it would be a town or city lot that is tax free.

Does that sound fair?

 

This would be a nice feature. They have also said that deeds can be upgraded in-game, and tax-free deeds would retain that property when upgraded. So a deed upgrade might be an interesting item in the addon store, but I plan on taking advantage of this in game because I cannot afford more fees.

I might make the $45 jump to Edelmann before the close of upgrading, but I have not exactly found a way to break this too the wife. But a $100+ jump is something I cannot justify cause my life is, well, pretty screwed up.
