Tax Free Row deed question

My lot selection group is coming up on Aug. 23rd, and I have a question regarding the current tax free row deed. Is this just for the lot or will a house be coming with it? There are a few reasons I am asking, 1. when I google, I get that I do need a house deed, and that I don't need a house deed.

The row lots that I have seen available do have a 2 story row house sitting on them. Does that house come with the tax free lot deed?

I recently upgraded to Ancestor last week. I do have my Tax Free Row deed. Just needing to know if I will need to get a house deed add-on or not.

 

Row lots come with the current house on it.

 

The default row house can be replaced by a different style of row house if you have one, but the default is perfectly usable.

I do like the row house on the lot. I did buy the row basement and plan on using that as well.
