Tax - How can I tell if the Lot Deed i have is tax free or not ?

I havent played in years so im not uptodate on current features or changes, i tried searching for an answer and failed.

I have some backer awards from way back. ( I do know the difference between house deeds and lot deeds)

one is a "Village Lot Property Deed (digital)"

i cannot tell if this deed is tax free or not.

that is an old-style name from directly on the website. the item display name in game has been updated to be a little more clear, but in this case i am familiar. that is not a tax-free deed. it is, however, a place-anywhere deed, so can be used on any land lot in the game rather than being restricted to player-owned towns.
