Taxes prepaid with COTO go poof if deed transfered.

    If this is a bug, please excuse the feedback - but when I transferred my Row deed earlier, all the taxes that I had prepaid with Gold Crows went poof. Understandable if it doesn't turn into gold and go to my bank, but a credit dumped back into my Lot Deeds management tool was actually what I was expecting.

    Please consider a credit reimbursement from taxes paid with crowns when property deeds are placed back into inventory. Thank you! :)

    This is a bug, it should go to your tax credit. Will fix.
