    Saw people asking / confused in Universal Chat about the differences between if a skill or recipe is teachable vs. re-teachable -- perhaps consolidating or refining this functionality, without breaking anyone's rewards or exclusiveness, might help with some player confusion, like with how COTOs were adjusted from having many different types to just Gold?
