Telescope POV is at the wrong end

    Title: Telescope POV is at the wrong end
    Reproduction Rate: 100%
    Blocker? N
    Details: The POV when looking through the telescope is the eye of the avatar, it should be the other end of the telescope
    Steps to Reproduce: Place the telescope where there are walls behind where the end of the telescope is, note that these walls can be seen when looking straight ahead through the telescope
    User Specs:

    CPU: Intel(R) Core(TM) i5-6500 CPU @ 3.20GHz (4) System RAM: 32100
    GPU: GeForce GTX 1060 6GB/PCIe/SSE2 GPU RAM: 6144
