[Temp Fix] Water/Swim Locked Combat Fix.

If you have the locked combat and non combat after swimming in water a easy fix instead of waiting or logging out is to PRESS V until you get into first person mode and then press again to get back to your normal View! Seems like the Camera Fixes this!!!

 

or zooming. (and a perm fix is being worked on since the riparian reaper found a repro case)

 

Or hold down your right mouse button and tilt up the in-game camera

Or walking on elevated terrain
