I was just sitting around watching a nice play this morning and kept thinking to myself how familiar the players in capes looked and then it hit me. They look like winged termites. I think it is because the capes are so rigid.

Note: I am referring to seeing them from a distance like 50 ft.

The cloth physics they were using in Unity 4 were pretty poor so I think they largely gave up on it. From what I understand, they will be using a much better cloth physics system after they switch to Unity 5, which they can also apply to long hair, beards, etc.

Do you live in the south? lol. I hadn't thought about the termite look, despite having dressed up as a termite one Halloween when the French Quarter had had a particularly bad season with them. (We were supposed to come as a nightmare.) And no, alas, I do not have a photo of that. Many other Halloween's yes, but not that one.

Yeah, I live in North Carolina and once a year, the termites come out for a few days to mate. They cover everything. It is quite intimidating because the homes are made of wood.
