Testudo Providing Significantly Less Resistance Than Displayed

    Title: Testudo Providing Significantly Less Resistance Than Displayed
    Reproduction Rate:100%
    Blocker? No
    Details:The Testudo Skill at level 25 displays that it should add 5.2 Damage Resistance. Instead, in my V menu my Damage Resistance goes from 23.145 to 26.345 (3.2 instead of 5.2).
    Steps to Reproduce:
    1. Check Damage Resistance
    2. Cast Testudo
    3. Check Damage Resistance before the buff is gone
    4. Compare difference in Damage Resistance to value displayed on the tool-tip.
