Thapae Mizellmist's POT house reward did not get update after unlock/re-lock

I had my POT form unlock (via $25 voucher) on April 7th and then re-lock it back with the change for the house reward from the two story balcony to Pavillion. However, I could not find the pavillion house deed in my bank box after claiming the reward. Do I need to wait for the real wipe for this change to be effective?

I did a similar thing a few days ago and wondered what the procedure is as it still shows my original choice in the special rewards and items section of the account page.

Yes, this is on the live.

 

I'm escalating this issue for review and resolution. There was an assumption that it would be fixed for Live but it does not appear to be.
