    1. Title: The chat interface appears when message type is hidden.
    2. Reproduction Rate: 100%
    3. Blocker? No
    4. Details: The chat interface appears when a message is received and that message type is unchecked on all the chat tabs e.g. when planting the NPC message Item (seed/water) removed from inventory or when a spell fizzles the MISC message Your attempt to use "Skillname" has fizzled. is received.
    5. Steps to Reproduce: Uncheck NPC/MISC message types on all chat tabs and plant/fizzle a spell.
