The client freezes on start-up

    1. The client freezes on start-up
    2. Reproduction Rate: 100%
    3. Details: I have uninstalled and reinstalled the client multiple times. Once patching is completed and I try to start the game, it freezes on step 6/6 with the text "Updating the game... About to start game..."
    4. Steps to Reproduce:
    5. Win 7 32, P8700@2.53, 4gb.

    I am apparently receiving this as well

    win 10 32 bit, I7 -4770 @ 3.4ghz, 12gb ram, gtx 760

    Unfortunately, since Release 14, we do not support 32bit clients. We suspect this is what is causing the launching crashes observed.

    that is indeed the issue i believe... was not addressing all Ram in the system... amongst other issues... thank you
