    Details: There's a rope in an old broken tower, here in Middle Downs - that I have spent way too much time trying to find a place to stand - for it to become actually climbable. It's the only way to proceed up, but it doesn't work.

    Steps to Reproduce: Use the coords and go try and climb it.
