    Reproduction Rate: I have attempted to talk with the Desk Sergeant 4 times and continue to get trapped in conversation. Saying goodbye does not end the conversation.

    Details: in game
    Steps to Reproduce: Talk to the Desk Sergeant goes through all the dialogue and when I go to complete the paperwork, I got locked in the conversation and goodbye does not work to get me out.
