The Crooked Shank quest problems

    The Crook Shank quest still has multiple problems: tasks disappear seemingly randomly yet I still see them on the compass as blue markers, I am getting tasks which I have done just before, the mayor and a guard nearby are killed by me yet reappear in a few minutes right in front of me, hostile elves which all should be killed (children are peaceful), and so on.
