4. Details: If you start a conversation with The Forgotten Prisoner in the Epitaph a few steps away from his cell door, he will walk through the bars to talk to you. He still complains about there being no escape. See the screenshot below.

A. Stand a few steps away from the cell door of The Forgotten Prisoner in The Epitaph, but close enough for the cursor to turn blue.
B. Double click on The Forgotten Prisoner to start dialog.
C. He will walk through his rusted cell door to talk to you!
