    I was in Login queue position: 1, and eventually I received this message:

    The login server is not responding. Please try again later.

    This was at 2:03pm EST.

    Reproduction rate: I got in on the third try.

    Actually the 4th try because I put in the wrong credentials on the third try which it told me after about a minute, and then I quickly retyped and entered and was logged in less than 5 seconds later.
