    Details:
    In SP offline mode, I am able to kill Hartley, get the key off his corpse, wait a bit for him to respawn, and am then able to give him the painting. I can see this happening, even needing to happen in multiplayer, but in SP offline, a quest character should stay dead.
    Steps to Reproduce: Kill hartley, get the key, wait for him to respawn, sell painting back to him.

    Correction: In SP Offline, a quest character that can be killed as one way to "solve" your moral dilemma should stay dead.
