The Return of Lord British?

    Has there been any hints as to how Lord British will be incorporated into the new setting? I am very curious how they are going to handle the transition. I am hoping it is the same character and sort of a "further adventures" of the good king.

    Long live the King and thanks for getting back to your roots Richard...this will be fun!

    I have no doubt that Rainz will be back (under a different name, of course). I personally would like to see something surprising happen to anyone who dares to attack Lord British (who, of course, would be flagged as being invulnerable to harm), i.e., the attacking player suddenly becomes temporarily blind, loses all dexterity, turns into a llama, has his/her attack spells backfire, etc. while Lord British counterattacks :eek: That would certainly be more interesting than simply having the guards attack the player...

    My hope is that this time our Liege will be more modest, and rather than proclaim the future from above his gated castle, he'll be humble and give greet us all in a field, perhaps amongst a herd of cows. Then, I'll tip toe up to him and furiously click on one of the cows, until it tips over and squashes British, thus continuing the fine tradition of obscure deaths!

    Or maybe leave a cow over a doorway, pretending it's a sign, or an escaped child's balloon. Death by cow shall be his fate this time, it is decreed!

    Anytime anyone attacks LB, all damage is redirected to Rainz, no matter where he is in the realm at the moment.

    I believe LB even appeared in Tabula Rasa as the same character. He travels between portals to different universes. And when the Gem of Immortality shattered, it created multiple worlds as well. There are multiple LBs in existence.
