    Title: Clouds layer quickly descends from the sky in Grasslands template
    Reproduction Rate: 5/5 times so far.
    Blocker? NO
    Details: When first entering the Grasslands, the clouds appear to "fall" from higher in the sky before settling at an appropriate elevation. Once settled, they appear to slowly move like they should.
    Steps to Reproduce: Enter the Bloodstone POT and look up.
    User Specs:
    OS: Windows 10 (10.0.0) 64bit
    CPU: Intel(R) Core(TM) i7-4790K CPU @ 4.00GHz (8) System RAM: 7587
    GPU: NVIDIA GeForce GTX 760 GPU RAM: 1990
    SotA.EarlyAccess.Win.64.316.Date.01.22.16
    Area: POT_grassland_metropolis_01_template
    Loc: (-54.3, 49.4, 463.6)

    Hmm, it's not just the Grasslands template. It's also happening in the Forest template - probably others also. It's just not quite as noticeable in the other scenes, because Grasslands is so... flat. ;)

    If unable to reproduce, I can provide video clip.
