The Tool tips for Buff's still has not been fixed..... why ?

    The Tool tips for Buff's still has not been fixed, and it's been this way for the entirety of R58.
    Please tell me that this will be fixed by tomorrow's R59 release.

    This is an ugly and very visible bug and I'm perplexed about why it hasn't been fixed.
