Theft notification

    @Chris, there really should be a theft notification around an hour after something was stolen and the ransom should last a lot longer to give someone the chance to buy something back.

    If my friend were to get something I've given him lifted, he wouldn't know about it as he either doesn't regularly check or would log out for a few days before logging back in... regardless, he could lose quite a bit of stuff without ever seeing the option to buy it back.

    If after an hour one were to be notified of pending Oracle's, it would save a lot of confusion for new players... maybe the notification should even state how to check the Oracle. How does one know if they even had something stolen, or whether it was misplaced or bugged out?

    Thoughts?

    Now that there's a mail system in, why not get a ransom note in the mail?

    In any case, it doesn't make any sense for someone to not know about a ransom. That's not how ransom works...

    Seriously?u guys are always flagged pvp and think u're god and u're not able to press a key in 2 hours?u just have to press a key.
    the game is perfectly balanced in this way,vs the overskilled player that think they are immortal and untouchable.if u can't sustain the effort of pressing a key in 2 hours,then...good luck.

    I always press a key 1 time every hour when i'm flagged.luckly it's easy to counter thieves.

    Part of the thing with being pick pocketed, is you don't know it has happened. If I am flagged, I just check once in a while just to make sure.

    Yea, it's part of immersion... if I don't pat my own ass every once in a while (irl) I might not know my wallet is gone.

    Maybe we should include a hint during a loading screen to notify all new players to check their Oracle every hour if they're visiting a PVP scene?

    Yes.the pvp is not only fights,it's made in differents levels.for be a good pvper is required be strong and paranoic.
