Theurgy Enchantment Spells do not seem to be avial on Bows

I just went thru 11 bows and not one ever gave me the choice of any Theurgy Spells / skills while enchanting.
On Bow is now 4 x enchanted and not one Theurgy spell I will try on other weapons in a second

Ok Made and broke 8 Great Axes only 2 times did Theurgy Spells come up - compared to what Necro spells came up I would say at leasdt 2 times more frequently.

Please tell me the RNG hates me if there are variable that affect the draw they need to be removed all spells should have same weight - skill shold be the only factor.

I wil make a bunch more bows and try more.

 

So I made a bunch more bows and tried more Enchanting Theurgy - Nada

I then decided to see if Sorcery works and nope, not one spell property

Please do not tell me that with less than 2 weeks until the start of the game that crafting Bows cannot be enchanted with spell properties :-(

 

Bows do not seem to be able to get gem procs. I have made a few and have not seen a single gem proc yet. As well, I just noticed since the last patch, when crafting bows, right after the crafting is done, it says " cannot make exceptionals in bulk, and have not been able to get an exceptional bow since, and neither could a guildy. Going to make a thread about this now.
