Please send this message ONLY to the player who is actually talking to an NPC about to leave.

Currently, we get tons of these messages whether we're anywhere near an NPC or not -- at the location below, there aren't any NPCs in that entire neighborhood of Ardoris. Not only does it waste our time with these messages, but if you actually ARE talking to an NPC, it can be confusing, because you don't know if the "This NPC" is the one you're talking to or a different one on the other side of town.

Steps to Reproduce: Spend time in any town with NPCs. Sooner or later you'll see it (probably sooner).
