This object "container" is empty at the moment

Whats the deal with this? Seems like the devs broke all breakable "loot" containers in the game. Could someone look into whats going on cause it can't be working as intended. If this is how its suppose to be might as well just remove all breakable containers from the game as they are now mostly worthless...

 

I found it confusing too. My first thought was that the containers were empty, but I checked the same two containers five minutes later and they had loot in them. I'm guessing it's some sort of lag between cracking the crate and rolling the loot?

 

AFAIK if a breakable container is broken a timer starts to reset that, when the container is looted aanother timer starts to restock it,

so if some has not looted the container after breaking it
and another player or the same player looted it after a time
the container is unborken again before the loot is restored...
