Timer when using Property Manager - too harsh?

I understand restoring a lot puts load on the server (from the avatar perspective it is remarkably fast however - opening a chest or bank takes far longer!).

Would a 1-minute timer be sufficient to discourage abuse, or is perhaps the load less than it once was?

When you own multiple lots in a POT and wish to reorganize things, or even just move a home AND a basement, the 5 minute timer is quite tedious.

 

Yes, 5 minutes is a bit long but the alternative is much worse.

 

What is the alternative?

 

Sending it to your bank and then redecorating.

 

Let's just introduce a better alternative and make 1 min delay?

 

Greetings all, How about another alternative. The magic mover is great for individuals and the tine delay of 5 minutes is an inconvenience but usually just swapping out holiday settings. Governors of POT have many lots to change so how about an exception for POT owners?

 

I'm guessing server load of someone who wants to place a city lot packed to the brim with deco several times in a row might be an issue on the back end.

The hamsters might not be able to keep up.
