    The /drunk emote is much less tipsy and more full on smashed.

    Might want to consider stronger text for the /drunk emote, like

    %U is drunk.
    %U is clearly had too much to drink.
    %U is suffering from alcohol poisoning.

    But tipsy? THAT emote would be a giggle and a bit of a wobble when walking, not nearly falling down when standing still.
