Toggle cursor doesn't work during npc conversation if Inventory or Map is open

    Title: Toggle cursor doesn't work during npc conversation if Inventory or Map is open

    Details: If you start a conversation with an NPC with the (I)nventory window open, or the M(ap) window open - toggle cursor (bound to TAB for me) does not work.
    Steps to Reproduce: Talk to an NPC with your inventory window open - try using TAB to toggle the cursor - same thing happens if you have the map open when talking to an NPC.
    Note: this used to only happen with the map - now it's happening with the inventory also, so it's extra annoying.
