Toggle GUI remapping causes GUI to disappear and display incorrectly in keybinding list

    Title: Toggle GUI remapping causes GUI to disappear and display incorrectly in keybinding list

    Blocker? Sorta ..
    Details: Trying to remap Toggle GUI results in the GUI disappearing but the options window remaining but non interactive - hitting the new key you just set for Toggle GUI will bring back the GUI - however the keybinding visually does not update (it does functionally though as soon as you remap it). In order for the keybinding to visually update for Toggle GUI, you need to remap another binding.
    Steps to Reproduce: Remap Toggle GUI to F10 instead of F9 as default
    User Specs:
    OS: Windows 10 (10.0.0) 64bit
    CPU: Intel(R) Core(TM) i7-6800K CPU @ 3.40GHz (12) System RAM: 32678
    GPU: NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1070 GPU RAM: 8088
