    Title: Tombs, and Headsones not placeable in dungeons.

    Details: Tombs, and Headsones not placeable in dungeons. they are red when trying to put on the floor. Trying to build a Crypt but cant because of this. thanks
    Steps to Reproduce:place dungeon try placing a grave or tomb. the only ones that would place were the obsidian tomb chest.

    Other "outdoor only" flagged decorations that would look good in dungeons also cannot be used. Streetlamps; big rooms could use them (see the caverns of
    Skrekk), and non-potted mushrooms (great for underground areas), for example. In another thread I mentioned this so I'll update my quote...

    I realize this means some dev fiddling with the flags of items that dungeon builders want to put underground, but it would be worth it, in my opinion.
