Torc bugged with trip

    Details: Torc can do his special attacks while tripped, which usually end in massive damage to the player or death.
    Steps to Reproduce: Trip Torc, get stomped while he's laying on the ground without his stomp animation occuring. There does seem to be some interruption to his swipe attack with trip. But, him being able to stomp while tripped is horrible and kills me a lot :(
