    Title: Tower disappearing/appearing in Brit Wharfs when you rotate
    Reproduction Rate: 100%
    Blocker? Nope
    Details: A tower (dis)appears in sections from the ground up when you're up on the roof of the KM Tower keep at the below location. I added a GIF of it for reference
    Steps to Reproduce: Stand on exact location and turn left/right
    User Specs:
    OS: Windows 10 (10.0.0) 64bit
    CPU: Intel(R) Core(TM) i5-4670K CPU @ 3.40GHz (4) System RAM: 32688
    GPU: NVIDIA GeForce GTX 780 GPU RAM: 3013
