Town Crier and Bank not working

    Title: Town Crier and Bank not working

    Details: Every few log-ins I see this:

    The town crier is described as a villager and the banker has no name associated with the avatar. I cannot use either avatar to access either the city lot list or the bank.

    If I leave the scene and return, then the Town Crier and Bank normally return (one time I left and came back, but it did not change)

    Steps to Reproduce: Log directly into Whyte Roc when loading the game.
