    Although my family had their heart in the right place,trying to work on a town was just too much for me with my health. The sale of my town has been completed. I would like to thank @Brickbat who was acting as a third party to oversee the smooth sale and transition from a governor.
    No negatives here,I am happy to be a part of a guild town, Virtue Oasis where I am located with many other guildies. So thanks everyone for your support as a governor of a town and now as a former one.
