Town Stone 5 Story Basement - Wall Cannot be Decorated

    1. Title: Town Stone 5 Story Basement - Wall Cannot be Decorated
    2. Reproduction Rate: 100%
    3. Blocker? No
    4. Details: The long blank wall between the interior door in the large room on each floor will not accept decoration. All attempts leave the object Red and non-placable. This applies to all 5 floors.
    5. Steps to Reproduce: Try to hang something on the noted section of wall. In this specific case it was an Ornate Iron Wall Light.
    6. User Specs: Win10, i5, 16BG RAM, GTX 760
