Training dummies work only for owner ( dissapear for rest )

    I was in a town water lot in crafters town owned by Joshua ( lot owner ) to test with him some skills ... but everytime he came close to the training dummies they vanish for me and only work for him.

    When owner not around they are there

    When he enters the basement they dissapear for me.

    Same thing happened outside the basement ..on the boat.
