Tree in North Midmaer Way has no collision

    Many others in the area have small collision barriers near the core of the tree, and you can disappear in the skin.
    This one tree has no collision but you can see out from underneath the roots, so it seems OK.     Steps to Reproduce:
    Run through the trees at location suggested.
