Trouble targeting individual enemies in mobs

In R19 I am sometimes not able to target an enemy by clicking on it. This is probably related to the new free attack mode. I can still cycle through the enemies using the Tab key, but my Avatar doesn't turn in the direction of the targeted enemy when firing off a spell like she used to. I would prefer my Avatar to automatically face the enemy she is attacking, rather than require me to turn her manually.
