Here's how to streamline it a bit:

• If they already know how to jump, just let the door open, no need to talk to her about jumping
• If you drag the potion too fast, she still wants you to do it even though you did
• The first watcher, if it walks away from you, is really hard to see in the grass. It should be more centered in the scene instead of next to the wall
• Virtue Anais area should have some torches to light the gate, or reposition her so your view naturally goes to the gate after talking to her
