Tutorials reseting every different game

    Title: Tutorials reseting every different game
    Reproduction Rate: 100%

    Details:
    - Tutorials will get a global "reset" everytime you start a new game. It doesn't matter if you delete your character or just create a new one. Better felt on offline mode, but once the "bug" hits, then it propagates back to online mode as well.

    Steps to Reproduce:
    - Start your game, complete some or all tutorials;
    - Log off, create a new character (may be online or offline)
    - Log in... start the game
    - Log off, go back to play online, you will see them reseted.
