Two bugs in Quel Passage

4. Details: The lava fire damage in the Lava Lake room and Lava River room are applying to anyone in the room, regardless of if you're standing in the lava or not. "Anyone" includes the fire elementals in the area.
   
5. Steps to Reproduce:Enter Quel passage, go to either the Lava Lake room or the Lava River room

4. Details:There's a wall texture missing from part of a rocky outcropping, allowing me to walk through it from one direction. I can provide a screenshot if needed.
