Two Story Village Home with Balcony

    1. Unable to sit on decorations placed on the balcony.
    2. 100% reproduction rate.
    3. Not a Blocker (sometimes get stuck in a wall, but can /stuck out).
    4. Placing any sort of sitting decoration (chair, stool, bench) on the balcony. Attempt to sit on the item. Character either goes on a long walk, walks against the deco, stands there then gives up.
    5. Place seat deco on the balcony. Try to sit. Voila.
