    Title: Typo in Shadow Form Tooltip

    Details:Range shows 4.3% - 4.3%; should probably be 4.1% - 4.3%

    User Specs:
    OS: Windows 8.1 (6.3.0) 64bit
    CPU: Intel(R) Core(TM) i7-4770 CPU @ 3.40GHz (8) System RAM: 16329
    GPU: NVIDIA GeForce GTX TITAN GPU RAM: 6042
    SotA.EarlyAccess.Win.64.376.Date.02.03.16
    Area: POT_island_metropolis_01_template
    Loc: (350.4, 120.0, -323.2)

    Also the next one is 4.5% - 4.6%. Seems oddly disjointed.

    After 4.5%-4.6% we have 4.8% - 4.8%.
