UI for Paying Lot Deed Taxes

    When paying lot taxes with COTOs I sometimes accidentally click more than I have in COTOs and wind up paying with gold without warning or confirmation.

    It would be awesome to have a prompt that confirms that I have exceeded my COTOs added to my Tax Credit pool and want to pay the extra X amount of gold.

    Or, if a lot of avatars pay with gold have (yet another) interface option checkbox where we could turn on a prompt to let us know gold is going to be pulled from our inventory.
