UI: Low HP Heartbeat Audio Resets @100% not greater than 50%

Details: When your hp dips under 50% the red vignette comes in with a heartbeat sound, once you raise your hp above 50% the vignette disappears, but the heartbeat audio stays till you reach 100%. I assume both are suppose to go away once hp is over 50%.

Steps to Reproduce: drop hp under 50% heal to above 50% listen for heartbeat after vignette is gone, notice it will finally reset at 100%.
