    I've completed all 3 questlines(courage, truth, love in that order) on 2 different characters and when i goto Central Brittany oracle the doors wont open, guards say i need to be a titan or have dread artifacts to gain access to Ultura but i have all 3, must be missing something but i dont know what. Anyone else experience this issue?

    I would go back and talk to Grannus, the kobald smith in Artiface or Sequanna and ask about destiny. They should tell you to go to the Central Brittany Oracle. It would be a lot better if there was a journal entry telling you to go there instead of just dialogue in the chat.
