Unable to access Wizard's Buffet

    Details: Occasionally, when trying to open my Wizard's Buffet with open hutch, I am teleported to the front of my row home in Novia Market. When I re-enter, I can not open the Wizard's Buffet hutch. Logging out and then back in resolves this issue. This has happened about 6 times now.
