Unable to [Add Credit] or use gold COTOs...

    I've had a kind of weirdness with the tax UI in the last month where I cannot seem to press any of the highlighted buttons [ Add Credit ] or [ Pay Lot Taxes ], and can't figure out how to apply my gold COTOs.

    I can however Right Click on the deed and select Pay Taxes from the drop down, but I only get the slider to pay gold. Does anyone know what I'm doing wrong? Shouldn't the buttons do something on Left Click when highlighted blue?

    Same problem here ... been a while like that not sure why .. would love a answer :)

    I had to resize the the window to get those buttons to work.
