    Reproduction Rate: 100%
    Blocker? Yes
    Details: How are we able to clearly determine which target is currently selected? You seem to have changed something? In the above picture, I have no clue who is clearly currently targeted?
    Steps to Reproduce: Go into combat with multiple targets.
    User Specs:
    OS: Windows 10 (10.0.0) 64bit
    CPU: Intel(R) Xeon(R) CPU E5-1620 0 @ 3.60GHz (8) System RAM: 16303
    GPU: NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1080 GPU RAM: 8079
    SotA.Win.64.830.Date.09.07.18

    it's the middle one, there's a red outline around his health bar. it's pretty faint though and blending in with the flaming-weapon-light. against green grass it's showing up fine. i'm not a big firecaster; does it show up well in that situation on live?
