    4. Details: I believe i have completed everything but possibly not in the correct order? Maybe that's why I am having this issue??? I have the quest Courage Can Be Frigid in my Journal. In my inventory i have a Ghostly Echo Essence (unsure if that makes a diff). And talking to Esmeralda will not reset anything. All text has been clicked on. If I step on the last looking glass it says i don't have proper knowledge. I'm logged out in this area until i can do it.
